I Believe In Me

I’ve been in places where I felt I had no choice in the matter
I've cried because I had no clue about how to help myself
but I always believed that I must make the best of
whatever life offers me
and that no one can expect more of me
than the best I can do..

I know the needs to change sometimes feels urgent
and though I try to help anyone in need if I could
but no one can ease this pain for me
the answers I need are inside me
they may not come easily and they may seem to be hiding
but I encourage myself to trust and follow my heart and mind
coz it's the only way to go..

I don't know what will happen tomorrow
but I refuse to stop trying to make my life better
if I think I can make a difference by changing something
I will.. and I won't give up until I do
no matter what the trial, no matter what others say
I would rather go down fighting, hoping and trying
than giving up my dreams in life..!
